Cost Options:

Presentation Details:

  • 45 minutes, approx. 30 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes of Q&A

  • Available for grades K-8, though each audience should not span more than three grade levels

  • Recording is prohibited

Presentation Options:

  • What a Novel Idea: Focusing on The Miscalculations of Lightning Girl or The World Ends in April or Millionaires for the Month. (Grades 3-7)

  • Getting Science-y: Focusing on books in the Our Universe Series. (Grades K-2 and 3-4)

  • Getting Even More Science-y: Focusing on Save the People! Halting Human Extinction (Grades 4 and up)

  • Brave: Behind the scenes of the picture book Brave. (Grades PreK-1)

  • Write Right: My not-so-typical advice on making stronger stories. (Grades 4 and up)

Tech Details:

  • School must provide hosting platform such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, MS Teams, Skype

  • Adult moderator from the school must be present

  • A test call with Stacy is available on request

  • Presentation (including Q&A) may not be recorded

Book Sales:

  • Personalized and signed books can be ordered from Bookmarks in Winston-Salem, NC

  • Allow 3-4 weeks for book sales

  • Book sales are not required

  • Stacy will also sign book plate provided by the school

Other Details:

  • Contract and invoice will be provided (and tax form if required)

  • Payment due within 14 business days of virtual visit
